As YouAs Your As YouAs Your Destination Wedding Specialist, Our Role Includes: 🎊 60 min consultation - discuss the process, our services & identify your travel style, interests & expectations. 🎊 Email with trip details, instructions, recommendations, wedding/event details, travel tips & advice - all in one place! 🎊 Matching you with the best resort(s) &/or destination(s) - resorts are not the same, we can help explain the differences, quality and service levels to ensure you select the best option to meet or exceed your expectations. 🎊 Review other ideas or items you may not know to consider when selecting your destination, resort &/or date. 🎊 Confirm availability of wedding date & ceremony locations at resort(s) - we gather the wedding package details & obtain room rates, so you can compare & select your favorite. 🎊 Help explain the wedding packages & any hidden information you need to know to plan realistically. 🎊 Discuss legal requirements vs. a symbolic ceremony - what is right for you? 🎊 Provide a timeline of planning stages to keep you on track & organized. 🎊 Negotiate the group room block & group amenities - a minimum number of rooms is usually required & differs by resort. 🎊 Arrange your deposits to secure your wedding date & group room block - if applicable. 🎊 Create & email your guest’s a Save-The-Date announcement with brief highlight & link to your group travel page. 🎊 Create a dedicated page with all the travel details for your group - simple online reservation form for guests to book. 🎊 Updates to view status of guest reservations - follow along with who has, or still needs to book, so you can plan events accordingly. 🎊 Offer advice & suggestions as you move forward with planning the wedding - pro/cons, effective tips when planning with the wedding coordinator, flying with your wedding dress, & more. 🎊 Assist with coordination for any special group events or excursions. 🎊 Arrange all travel plans for guests - including round-trip air (if preferred), hotel, transfers in destination, travel insurance, &/or any pre-planned destination tours. 🎊 Track all group payments, due dates, balances due, arrival, departures, etc... - leave the logistics and time consuming details to us. 🎊 Coordinate any honeymoon plans for after wedding (if moving) - ensure hotel(s) is prepared for additional honeymoon amenities. ​ 🎊 Dependable communication - we pride ourselves in being responsive and extra informative than most.
