Budafly Travel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a travel agency providing planning and booking services for vacations, group travel, and destination weddings. We act solely as an agent for independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.

3. Booking & Payments:

All bookings are subject to supplier availability and confirmation. Prices are not guaranteed until deposits or full payments are received. Each supplier may have its own booking, payment, and refund policies that we must adhere to.
Budafly Travel LLC may charge service or planning fees in addition to supplier costs.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@budaflytravel.com.
Budafly Travel LLC charges a $50 per booking cancellation fee in addition to any supplier penalties or nonrefundable deposits. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the supplier’s rules.
We are not responsible for any losses due to vendor bankruptcy, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment from cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unexpected situations.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for verifying all travel documents, including passports, visas, and entry requirements for each destination. Budafly Travel LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Budafly Travel LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or negligence of third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee the performance of any supplier.
